Associate Artists of Southbank Centre
This season, the Takács Quartet become Associate Artists of Southbank Centre. Renowned for their fine musicianship and impeccable ensemble playing, the Quartet are dedicated to exploring new repertoire - during their Associateship, in collaboration with the Quartet, we hope to commission new works for string quartet. Giving three concerts per season, they will also be involved in Education and Audience Development work, introducing new audiences to chamber music.
