Two celebrated American pianists of different generations, Richard Goode and Jonathan Biss, combine for a fascinating programme of music for four hands on one and two pianos. Two original works, a stormy Schubert Allegro and an allusive suite by Debussy, frame arrangements by Debussy of canons by Schumann, by Beethoven of his Grosse Fuge, and by Stravinsky of his last great ballet score, Agon.
