All Power to the Imagination

All Power to the Imagination: 1968 and Its Legacies marks the creative resistance of a remarkable year. From April to June across London, this major series explores 1968 culture, politics and thought and their legacies in cinema, visual art, literature, music and activism. Events at Southbank Centre include Joe Boyd and Miranda Sawyer discussing when pop went political, a discussion on the history and future of radical thought, with speakers including Peter Dews, Mark Kurlansky and Ernesto Laclau, and a poetry event with Allen Fisher, Tom Pickard and Iain Sinclair.
