Join in with our unique celebration of European dance as 23 countries come together to present a weekend of performances
and film screenings. Launched by renowned choreographer and Festival patron Russell Maliphant, dancEUnion celebrates not only
the French presidency of the European Union in 2008 but also the incredible diversity of choreography and dance developing
in these countries.

Organised by European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) London in partnership with Southbank Centre, the participation of all EU countries, their embassies and the support of the European Commission Representation in the UK. The event also marks European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008 and is one of a series through which EUNIC aims to strengthen cooperation between the national cultural institutes of EU countries.
