London Design Festival
The fifth annual London Design Festival (15-25 September) takes place throughout London, with Southbank Centre at the centre
of this hive of creativity energy. Mirroring the uniquely diverse nature of the London design scene, the festival's vibrant
programme includes exhibitions, talks, debates, workshops and installations.
The Materials Project is a series of installations by architects and designers including Zaha Hadid and Amanda Levete inhabit our indoor and outdoor spaces, whilst the results of the Remade workshops are on show in the Spirit Level at the Royal Festival Hall. Leading design figures give talks throughout the festival, breakfast seminars address the relationship between business and creativity and there's the opportunity to buy work by up-and-coming young designers in the Super Design Mart.
