Payment

On the website we accept payment by American Express, Electron, Mastercard, Visa or Visa Delta. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by Maestro/Switch or Solo cards online. If you wish to pay using Maestro/Switch or Solo please call our ticket office helpline on 0844 875 0073 any time from 9am-8pm seven days a week.

Having trouble booking?

If you are using an AOL web browser you may encounter difficulties with web booking - this is due to a fault with the standard AOL browser. To solve this you can download another web browser:

Ticket Return & Exchange

Tickets can be returned for a Credit Voucher valid for a year or can be exchanged for another performance if they are received by the Ticket Office 48 hours before the performance. This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is an administration fee of £1 per ticket. Occasionally this service may not be available.

Ticket Replacement

Should duplicates tickets be needed, please call 0844 875 0073. Duplicate tickets cannot be sent out in advance and must be collected in person up to 1 hour before a performance.

Change of Programme/Event

We will contact you if there is a major change to your chosen performance by email, letter or telephone.

Latecomers & Re-admission

To ensure that other audience members are not disturbed, latecomers admission cannot be guaranteed, although it is offered when ever possible this service may not be available.
