James Lovelock
Sir Crispin Tickell

James Lovelock is one of the world's leading thinkers on climate. Fresh from a winter spent doing new research in America, he delivers his verdict on what any new government must do to save the environment. Lovelock is the author of The Vanishing Face of Gaia, an epochal book which changed people's perception of an issue which unites the globe.

Sir Crispin Tickell, a writer and academic on the environment and sustainability, chairs the event.
