Italian composer and pianist Giovanni Allevi has established himself as a major figure in the international contemporary classical music scene. In this programme, Allevi presents his own compositions which strive towards a new contemporary classical music, via intellectual and emotional language which distances itself from minimalism and reaffirms a rhythmic and melodic intensity.
