Legendary broadcaster and film critic Barry Norman presents 'A Night at the Oscars', an evening of iconic Academy Award winning soundtracks, performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Carl Davis.

With a career that has spanned over 50 years, Norman is one of the UK's most respected film reviewers, his wealth of experience making him the ideal host for a journey through cinema history.
BAFTA-award winning composer and conductor Davis (The French Lieutenant's Woman, 1981) is famed for his interpretations of popular soundtracks and has performed compilation programmes for audiences all around the world.

'A Night at the Oscars' is one of his most popular programmes and was recently played to a sold-out Symphony Hall in Birmingham.
