Hearing enhancement equipment can be collected at the Royal Festival Hall ticket desk for any events in the Royal Festival Hall, Level 5 Function Room and the Clore Ballroom. Temporary hearing loops can be provided for other areas on request. Please email accesslist@southbankcentre.co.uk for more information.

Parking
Southbank Centre has two car parks operated on our behalf by CP Plus Limited:

  • Southbank Centre Car Park – Hayward Gallery
  • Southbank Centre Car Park – Hungerford Bridge

Please note that many of the spaces in the Hayward Gallery Car Park are for Blue Badge Holders only.

From 21 September changes will take place to our parking. Please see our Parking page for details.

Monthly diary

Wheelchairs
We have a number of wheelchairs for visitors to use, subject to availability from the Artist's Entrance. Please request one on arrival.
