There are no transaction fees when you book in person at the Ticket Office. For online, phone and postal sales, we charge a small fee per transaction to help cover our costs. Become a Member to avoid transaction fees, whichever way you book.
There is no transaction fee to book in person at the Royal Festival Hall Ticket Office, which is open every day, 10am - 8pm. The Hayward Gallery Ticket Office is open every day, 10am - 6pm. Riverside Information Point and Ticket Office open 12-8pm daily.
