How to Book Tickets

Tickets can be purchased in person, online, by phone or post. There are no transaction fees when you book in person at the Ticket Office. For online, phone and postal sales, we charge a small fee per transaction to help cover our costs. Become a Member to avoid transaction fees, whichever way you book.

In Person

Bookings can be made in person at Royal Festival Hall from Monday – Sunday, 10am – 8pm. There is no transaction fee to book in person.

The Ticket Office is located in the foyer of Royal Festival Hall on Level 2. Access for wheelchair users is available at the ticket desk. There is an integral loop system at the ticket desk for the hearing impaired.

Online

We provide a real-time secure online booking service.
Online bookings have a reduced transaction fee of £1.75.
There is no transaction fee for Members: please log in to the website before booking.

By Phone

The Ticket Office is open for telephone bookings from Monday – Sunday, 9am – 8pm. Telephone bookings have a transaction fee of £2.75.

Bookings can be made by calling 0207 960 4200.

There is a call queuing system when lines are busy.

Members never pay a transaction fee and get priority in the telephone queue: please call 0844 875 0072 and quote your Membership number.

By Post

Make cheques payable to Southbank Centre leaving the amount blank but indicating an upper limit.

When booking by post, please give your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers in case we have a query. 

Please do not post credit card details to us.

Members booking
