Tickets can be purchased in person, online, by phone or post. There are no transaction fees when you book in person at the Ticket Office. For online, phone and postal sales, we charge a small fee per transaction to help cover our costs. Become a Member to avoid transaction fees, whichever way you book.
Bookings can be made in person at Royal Festival Hall from Monday – Sunday, 10am – 8pm. There is no transaction fee to book in person.
The Ticket Office is located in the foyer of Royal Festival Hall on Level 2. Access for wheelchair users is available at the ticket desk. There is an integral loop system at the ticket desk for the hearing impaired.
The Ticket Office is open for telephone bookings from Monday – Sunday, 9am – 8pm. Telephone bookings have a transaction fee of £2.75.

Make cheques payable to Southbank Centre leaving the amount blank but indicating an upper limit.
When booking by post, please give your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers in case we have a query.
