Meet Southbank Centre's Creative Learning team

The Creative Learning team aims to make Southbank Centre accessible to everyone and create unforgettable experiences through workshops, programmes and courses. We work to find new and creative ways for schools, communities and individuals to engage with Southbank Centre’s artistic programme, collections and site.

Creative Learning team

Jessica Santer, Head of Creative Learning, leads the team, setting the vision for the programme, which consists of four key strands of work: Schools, Young People, Arts and Wellbeing, and Adult Learning.

Alice Chesterman and Marie Ortinau (both Creative Learning Manager – Schools) and Niesha Holder (Schools Coordinator) produce the Schools programme, for primary and secondary schools nationally but with a special commitment to Lambeth.

Chrystal Genesis (Creative Learning Manager – Young People) produces our Young People's programme which provides people aged 15 – 30 access to high-quality arts and cultural experiences.

Nanda Poleon (Communities Coordinator) produces our Arts and Wellbeing programme, which aims to reduce social isolation and support diverse communities on our site.

Sophie Ransby (Creative Learning Manager – Music and Courses) runs our year-round Adult Learning programme including courses in literature, visual arts and music.

Daniela Gonzalez (Creative Learning Administrator) provides administrative support for the whole Creative Learning programme.
