Meet Southbank Centre’s venue hire team

Venue hire is a vital part of Southbank Centre’s site-wide offering and plays a key part in supporting our arts and events programming as well as the future of the historic spaces and buildings.

The venue hire team coordinate private hire events across Southbank Centre’s prominent riverside location in the heart of London, right next to the River Thames. Home to three auditoriums and the Hayward Gallery, we have a portfolio of nine spaces available for hire.

Head of Commercial Events, Ali Gannage-Stewart, leads the event teams alongside Commercial Operations Events Manager, Kristoffer Bruce. 

Every event booked at Southbank Centre has a dedicated event manager who works with the client on their project from start to finish. Event managers Laura James and Emma Jacob have recently been joined on the team by Dawn Clark, who joins us from Cecil Sharp House, and Jade Robertson who made the journey along the river from Kew Gardens. The sales team is led by Event Sales Manager, Ella Lawrence, supported by Executive Matt Walton and Team Coordinator Shannon Kissane. 

From parties, conferences, and meetings to launches and award ceremonies, our venue hire team can deliver bespoke events for clients, backed by world-class event management, production and design.
