Hire Level 5 Function Room

Generously proportioned and offering striking views of the London skyline, the Level 5 Function Room is our largest private reception space, offering a high degree of flexibility for your event.

With its food preparation area, the space is a fantastic option for drinks receptions, weddings and dinner. However, it also offers ample space for conferences, meetings and workshops, with a foyer area available for use as a registration area or cloakroom.

Facilities include free WiFi provision, a fully-integrated PA system and air conditioning, with additional equipment available for hire should you require it. It is also fully accessible to wheelchairs through one of our lifts.

We're pleased to work with a carefully selected list of caterers. From cocktails to canapes, dinner to dessert, our approved caterers can satisfy a variety of tastes and budgets.

Should you require additional space for a drinks reception or catering, the Level 5 Prom and Balcony can on occasion be used in conjunction with the Level 5 Function Room and is a real hidden gem. Please liaise with your Event Manager regarding availability of this space.

The Level 5 Function is licensed for weddings and civil partnership ceremonies and is perfect for larger receptions. Please get in touch to find out more.

Cost

  • Half day: £2,060 (8am – 12.30pm or 12.30pm – 5pm)
  • Evening: £3,600 (5pm – 11pm)
  • All day: £3,600 (8am – 5pm)

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
