It’s been (nearly) fifty years since Queen Elizabeth Hall was opened by Queen Elizabeth II and since then, some of world’s biggest and most influential artists have performed on its stage - everyone from Pink Floyd and Eartha Kitt to Vivienne Westwood and David Bowie.
The refurbishment of our 1960’s arts venue, Queen Elizabeth Hall, is well underway along with Hayward Gallery and Purcell Room.
Queen Elizabeth Hall originally opened as a classical music venue and since then has welcomed artists and performers from across the arts.
