If you are interested in becoming a licensed street entertainer at the Southbank Centre, you’ll need to participate in one of our auditions. These take place twice per year, in February and September.

Register your interest to become a street entertainer.
Once you have participated in one of our auditions and obtained a positive outcome, you’ll need to submit the following documentation:
After submitting all documentation required, we’ll schedule a soundcheck with you in one of the allocated pitches. This ensures that the act can be performed within the approved decibel limits.
When all of the above is complete, you’ll receive your lanyard with its licence ID, and you can start performing!
