Gala Evening with Juan Diego Flórez

Part of Classical Season 2018/19

Juan Diego Flórez has one of the great voices of the 21st century, and this gala evening offers a chance to hear it at its most unrestrained, in a selection of famous tenor arias.

Flórez is unsurpassed on the operatic stage, but without the costumes and sets, he reveals all the subtleties of his phenomenal voice.

One thing’s for sure, though: you’ll certainly get to hear the gleaming legato, the heartfelt edge and the spectacular power that have made him one of the supreme vocalists of our time.

‘The best tenor in the world?’ asked The Independent. We just know he sounds glorious.
