John Lewis Partnership Music Society Christmas Concert Seasonal music and carols

Part of Winter

Feel the festive cheer in an evening of Christmas songs featuring choir and orchestra. The John Lewis Partnership Christmas Concert brings together JLP employees from 18 of its choirs and orchestras around the country, in what has always been one of the society's most popular annual events.

This year, John Rutter's comic tale of The Reluctant Dragon promises to bring a smile to all faces, before you hear the premiere of Tony Biggin's A Christmas Day, commissioned to mark The Cavendish Ensemble's 20th birthday.

Even more entertainment beckons in the second half, with carols for choir and audience alike, all under the baton of Manvinder Rattan, the company's own musical director.
