Royal Philharmonic Orchestra - Dutoit: Strauss

Part of Classical Season

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra presents music by Mozart and Strauss.

The orchestra’s Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Charles Dutoit takes the helm for Strauss’ tone poem Don Juan.

This is followed by Mozart’s light-hearted and exhilarating Symphony No.35, known as the ‘Haffner’ Symphony.

Cellist Alban Gerhardt joins the orchestra for Strauss’ playful Don Quixote.
