This event is free and open to the public for anyone to watch and audit the course as an audience member. Women in classical music are especially encouraged to attend.
As this is a learning opportunity for the participating conductors and appropriate acoustics are key, we ask that the audience be respectful of the musicians and observe the masterclass quietly.
There will be set times at which questions can be asked, and we encourage the audience to stay for the Friday Lunch concert in which the conductors participating in the masterclass perform with the BBC Concert Orchestra for all in attendance.
