Bedtime Stories

Part of Imagine Children's Festival

Join us as we close the day with a bedtime story.

We end each day of Imagine Children’s Festival with a lovely bedtime tale to send you on your way.

Programme for Tue 14 Feb
Richard Wagner: Siegfried Idyll
Vernon Elliot: The Ice Dragon from Noggin the Nog
Narrator: Chris Riddell

Europe's most diverse youth orchestra, the Chineke! Junior Orchestra aims to show both children and adults that anyone can play classical music, and that anyone can become a musician.

Working closely with its sister ensemble, the Chineke! Orchestra, whose members work with the young players as mentors, the Chineke! Junior Orchestra acts as a bridge between current youth music schemes and higher education, giving its players experience, encouragement and confidence during their formative years, increasing the numbers of BME students currently studying music at third level.
