Mythology Bites

Part of Nordic Matters

Stop by and learn a thing or two about Nordic myths in these short sessions featuring Icelandic poet Sjón.

Come along to these 15-minute sessions and get a whistle-stop tour of the fascinating tales in Nordic mythology, along with powerful poetry from the eight Nordic Matters focus countries.

11.15am, 12.45pm and 2.45pm sessions are aimed at families, with storytellers exploring the mythology in Level 2 Foyers at Royal Festival Hall.

4.45pm on The Clore Ballroom at Royal Festival Hall is a more adult-focused talk featuring Icelandic poet, novelist and lyricist, Sjón, whose books include The Blue Fox and Moonstone, on Loki.
