Parliament Choir with Southbank Sinfonia

Part of Classical Season 2017/18

Fresh from their success in the National Theatre's Amadeus and nominated for a 2017 Royal Philharmonic Society Award, Southbank Sinfonia performs two of the best-loved treasures by Vaughan Williams, joined by the acclaimed Allegri String Quartet.

With the resplendent forces of the Parliament Choir, they present a new oratorio celebrating unsung heroes of the Great War, notably a musically gifted New Zealand soldier who took his violin with him to the front line.
