The internationally recognised musician performs a programme of Brazil’s best music at this event.

Barbosa-Lima’s prestigious artistic career includes dozens of albums and extensive touring in Brazil, the United States and across Europe.

This concert aims to promote Brazilian music as a whole, and to share Brazilian music and its most popular composers, such as Luiz Bonfá, Ernesto Nazareth, Laurindo Almeida, Heitor Villa-Lobos, João Pernambuco, Francisco Mignone, Radamés Gnattali, Alfredo Viana (better known as ‘Pixinguinha’), with UK audiences.
