International Day of the Girl

Part of WOW – Women of the World

Empower your students by hopping onto the London Eye for a mentorship session like no other.

In this inspiring day for secondary school girls aged 13 – 18, teachers and students work alongside artists, take part in creative workshops, interactive panel discussions and receive mentoring from inspirational women.

This year, we explore and celebrate the achievements of amazing girls from the past and present who have made changes both in their communities and on a global scale, and use their incredible stories to inspire students.

Artists and speakers this year include fashion designer Nelly Rose; 19-year-old campaigner and wannabe astronaut Agnes Harding; plus Amika Georgia, a 17-year-old campaigner petitioning for free sanitary products for girls receiving free school meals. The day culminates with a celebratory party on The Clore Ballroom hosted by a special guest DJ.

Schools can bring a maximum of six students plus one accompanying teacher. To register your interest, please complete the application form.
