Breaking the silence: Giving Testimony

Part of WOW – Women of the World

Why are rape, sexual abuse and domestic violence more difficult to talk about than other serious crimes?

Hear survivors of rape, sexual assault and domestic abuse speak first hand about their experiences in this session, chaired by Jude Kelly, Artistic Director of Southbank Centre.

Then join us at 6.15pm, when there is an open discussion group on what happens when you speak out in public about violence committed against you, including women who have given testimony at WOW over the past six years.
