Yung Lean/Princess Nokia

Part of M.I.A.'s Meltdown

Enter the atmospheric world of Swedish rapper Yung Lean, as his electronic-flecked hip-hop beats fill the Royal Festival Hall auditorium.

Yung Lean, who cites his influences as Future and Big Lurch, has been attracting public attention since his viral track ‘Ginseng Stripe 2002’, and has since launched his own record label.

Princess Nokia, born Destiny Nicole Frasqueri, has been called New York’s most oustpoken intersectional female rapper. Having self-released two albums and various mixtapes, her vocal support of queer, transgender, womanhood and fem sexuality has gained her critical acclaim and support in the music world from other QTPOC rappers such as Mykki Blanco and Le1f.
