Beating the Bullies

Part of Being A Man

Half of young people in the UK have experienced being bullied, and young boys are twice as likely to bully than girls (The Annual Bullying Survey 2016). Why are boys more likely to bully and why can this behaviour persist into adulthood and the workplace? And what can be done to break this pattern?

Featuring:

- Nils Rune Utsi, aka Slincraze, a Sami-Norwegian rapper who was the subject of the award-winning documentary, Arctic Superstar.

- Alex Renton, award-winning journalist and author whose most recent book is Stiff Upper Lip: Secrets, Crimes and the Schooling of a Ruling Class (Weidenfeld & Nicolson).

- Jordan Stephens, a writer/performer best known as one half of British duo Rizzle Kicks, with whom he sold over 300,000 albums and over a million singles in the UK alone.

- Sophie Walker, Leader of the Women's Equality Party and former Reuters journalist for 20 years, covering politics, business and finance. As an ambassador and patron for autism charities, Sophie campaigned so we can better understand and embrace diversity.
