Part of London Literature Festival

Join us at this parent and child poetry event featuring Laura Dockrill and her mum Jaine Green.

After chatting about their own relationship, they perform one another’s poetry as Laura reads from the hilarious My Mum’s Growing Down and Jaine gets revenge with some poems Laura wrote as a child. Come along, join and prepare to giggle.

Laura is an English performance poet, author, illustrator and short story writer. Laura was born and grew up in Brixton. She is the author of the Darcy Burdock series, YA novels Lorali and Aurabel, as well as a number of adult poetry collections.
