Through the Eyes of Me with Jon Roberts

Part of Imagine Children's Festival

Welcome to the world of Kya, who loves to run, read and eat ice cream. Through the Eyes of Me is a joyful picture book that describes the everyday life of a child with autism and helps people of all ages recognise behaviour, appreciate thoughts and feelings, and develop communication with people with autism.

Join author Jon Roberts as he discusses and reads from his book in this autism-friendly event.

This event is chaired by Alexandra Strick, co-founder of Inclusive Minds, a collective for people who are passionate about accessibility in children's literature. She is a freelance consultant with a passion for making books accessible and inclusive for all children.

In partnership with Inclusive Minds.
