Drawing Course: Response to Lee Bul

Part of Lee Bul

Hone your drawing skills in response to the Lee Bul exhibition, with exclusive after-hours access to the gallery in this six-week course taught by London Drawing Group.

Each week, course members explore different aspects of the exhibition in depth, gathering ideas with sketch pads in the gallery and then developing their ideas and techniques under the guidance of the course tutors.

Week by week we focus on a different theme within the exhibition, investigating a range of aspects of Bul’s oeuvre. Throughout the course students are encouraged to respond to the exhibition in their own unique voice, each week’s drawing exercises building on and complementing the last, taking students on an artistic journey through Figure, Landscape, Structure and Texture.

This course is open to all levels of artists (no experience necessary) and all materials are provided. A willingness to learn together is essential.

London Drawing Group is an all-female art and teaching collective founded in 2016 by Luisa-Maria MacCormack, Lucy Mcgeown and Frances Stanfield.
