Concrete Lates: Discwoman presents Umfang, Shyboi, Peach & Kamixlo

Part of Women in Music at Southbank Centre

Lose yourself in the sounds of DJs from New York-based electronic music platform Discwoman in our late-night venue within Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Discwoman started as a two-day festival in 2014 and has since produced and curated events in more than 15 cities, working with over 250 DJs and producers.

Umfang is the co-founder of Discwoman. Her amorphous polyrhythmic productions play with people’s expectations of how a techno set can be defined.

Shyboi causes sonic disruption from a creative position between Caribbean and American culture, using sound to interrogate ideas of identity, power and history.

Peach traverses genres and fills dancefloors with energy, dynamism and passion.

Kamixlo pushes boundaries with an insistent blend of grime, reggateon and experimental bass.
