Mini-Making Workshop with AFRORETRO

Part of Africa Utopia

Get crafty and colourful with the AFRORETRO sisters at a free textiles workshop open to all levels of maker, using African and upcycled fabrics.

Weave a card using West African wax print fabrics or make a wallet with traditional Ugandan bark cloth; you can choose a project based on your skill level.

British-Ugandan sisters Anna and Lilly head up AFRORETRO, using inspiration from their two homelands to make ethical fashion, accessories and jewellery, and empowering others to learn the joy of making.
