Sculpting Spaces: Shumi Bose, Daniel Steegmann Mangrané & Richard Wilson

Part of Space Shifters

Hear artists Daniel Steegmann Mangrané and Richard Wilson and architecture specialist Shumi Bose discuss the relationship between art and architecture.

At this talk, Steegmann Mangrané, Wilson and Bose examine the common ground between the two disciplines and ask what contemporary art can tell us about the spaces that we inhabit daily.

Steegmann Mangrané and Wilson, both featured in our immersive exhibition Space Shifters, are leading international artists who explore how we perceive the space around us, both public and private.

Shumi Bose is Senior Lecturer in Architecture at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and Curator of Exhibitions at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Chaired by Dr Cliff Lauson, Senior Curator, Hayward Gallery.
