Come to the launch of our exhibition of art created by offenders, secure patients and detainees, attended by the Secretary of State for Justice.
The artworks in the 2018 Koestler Awards were selected by families supporting someone inside.
The Koestler Trust is the UK’s best known prison arts charity. Each year, it encourages over 3,000 people within the criminal justice system, as well as secure forensic and immigration removal settings, to express themselves creatively, and learn new skills by entering work to the annual Koestler Awards.
I’m Still Here is the 11th exhibition produced in partnership with Southbank Centre, and follows last year’s exhibition Inside, curated by Antony Gormley.
