Ravi Shankar Centenary

Part of Shankar 100

This event has been rescheduled as we are currently closed due to the coronavirus crisis: all tickets are valid for the new date.

The Shankar family, friends and disciples celebrate 100 years since Ravi Shankar's birth in an event led by his daughters, Anoushka Shankar and Norah Jones.

Ravi Shankar was a guru, composer, performer, educator, innovator and inspiration to many across the world.

His daughters, both exemplary and highly successful artists in their own fields, pay tribute to his musical genius in this show, with special guests including Nitin Sawhney.

They guide us through a retrospective of his multi-genre work, including Indian Classical, East-West collaborations and songs from films, for which they are joined by his friends and disciples.
