Have a ball at our nine-week dance programme for people with dementia and their carers.

Try something different, meet new people and have some fun on our nine-week (B)old Moves: Dance for Dementia programme.

Learn some dance skills with our friendly choreographers and DJs in the weekly workshop sessions and try out your moves at our fabulous monthly Social Tea Dances.

Participants are invited to take part with a companion, including carers, friends or family members.

There are still places available on this programme and you can sign up at any time over the nine weeks.

Event information
This course is for people with a dementia diagnosis and their carer, a family member or a friend.

All (B)old Moves: Dance for Dementia events are free, open to all abilities and everyone is welcome. There is a celebration at the final workshop on Wednesday 24 April.

Workshops take place every Wednesday, 10am – 12 noon, for nine weeks, from Wednesday 27 February until Wednesday 24 April.
