Richard Dawkins: An Argument for Atheism

Join Richard Dawkins as he helps us rethink the big questions, and challenges us all, young and old, to understand how our world came into being.

Should we believe in God? Do we need God in order to explain the existence of the universe? Do we need God in order to be good? In his new book, Outgrowing God, Dawkins dissects everything from Abraham’s abuse of Isaac to the construction of a snowflake, in a concise, provocative guide to thinking for yourself.

A copy of Richard Dawkins’ new book Outgrowing God is included with every ticket.

Richard Dawkins is a fellow of the Royal Society and was the inaugural holder of the Simonyi Chair for the Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University. He is the acclaimed author of many books, including The Selfish Gene, The God Delusion, The Magic of Reality, Climbing Mount Improbable, Unweaving the Rainbow, The Ancestor’s Tale, The Greatest Show on Earth, and Science in the Soul.
