Feast for a fiver over Easter weekend at a takeover of our food market, featuring a mouth-watering line-up of traders curated by street food operator KERB.
The inKERBator Weekender looks forward to the future of London’s street food and sees 25 hot new traders battle it out in front of a daily panel of industry judges.
Taste the latest talent hitting the streets of London and discover some KERB favourites over the five days of workshops, talks, music and of course food.
Try vegan Thai dishes served up by Greedy Khao, adventurous Aztec cuisine from Mexikings, and current inKERBator Filipino pitmasters Turo Turo bring the flavour direct from Manila, or seek out Cally Munchy’s suya steak and jollof ‘n’ peas from West Africa.
Traders include the newest batch of traders taking part in KERB’s inKERBator mentoring scheme, as well as those who have successfully graduated from the programme, all serving up £5 specials alongside their signature dishes.
