The Bolds Go Wild: Julian Clary & David Roberts

Be in the audience as the creators of The Bolds series host an interactive event for Key Stage 2 pupils.

Author Clary and illustrator Roberts introduce you to The Bolds Go Wild, the latest hilarious adventure in The Bolds series, with laugh-out-loud readings, amazing live drawing and a whole host of jokes and surprises.

See the action up-close and personal in the audience at Queen Elizabeth Hall, as the event is live-streamed into classrooms around the country.

Each participating class receives a copy of latest book The Bolds Go Wild and a classroom learning pack based on the event.

Kick off a half-term full of adventures with London Literature Festival with this fun, interactive event with two superstar children’s book creators.

Age recommendation
Open to Key Stage 2 (years 3 – 6) pupils and their teachers only.

Event information
This event is filmed and photographed as part of a live stream to schools around the country. Filming and photography permission is required in order to take part.

Lunch spaces are provided on the day.

Join Julian Clary for a book signing after this event, where books from the series are available to purchase.

Ticketing
Each school may bring up to four classes:
£1 per pupil, accompanying teachers and chaperones go free

A limited number of bursary places are available for schools who would otherwise not be able to access our school programme due to financial reasons. We evaluate bursaries three weeks before an event. To apply for a bursary place, please send an email with the relevant details to bursaries@southbankcentre.co.uk
