Find out about the hidden careers that make up the music industry through talks and panel discussions, bite-sized workshops, speed mentoring opportunities and a fair of industry professionals.

What skills or experience do you need to be on the backstage team? Who gets to put together festival line-ups, anyway? Can you make a living in music if you’re not famous?
