The Love Unlimited Synth Orchestra

Part of Grace Jones' Meltdown

This event has been rescheduled as we are currently closed due to the coronavirus crisis: all tickets are valid for the new date.

Pay tribute to Barry White at a live show conducted by Charles Hazlewood and performed by Paraorchestra alongside special guests.

The remarkable mix of acoustic, analogue and digital instruments that make up this special orchestra are filtered, manipulated crushed and treated live – rendering the entire orchestra a giant synthesiser.

Arrangements by composer Charlotte Harding deliver a glorious new way of experiencing White’s iconic tunes, including fresh accounts of some of his greatest work.

The Love Unlimited Synth Orchestra premiered to a revelling crowd at Glastonbury Festival 2019, where a stellar line-up of special guests brought their own take on White’s iconic bass, reinstating his overlooked genius as a composer.
