Christmas LOLS

Part of Winter

Queer comedy collective The LOL Word outdo your Christmas crackers with jokes to suit the season, over a very merry evening of comedy.

The LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary comedy collective sprinkle you with glittery seasonal zingers, fresh from their sell-out show at Soho Theatre.

So come along for a free hour of incredible talent, stand-up, sketch comedy and maybe even a gay carol in an event that’s simultaneously inclusive and outrageous, smart and silly.

The LOL Word’s founders include Chloe Petts, Jodie Mitchell, Chloe Green and sketch duo Shelf. Their regular guests include Suzi Ruffell, Sofie Hagen and Grace Petrie.

The antidote to the pale/male/stale and predominantly straight state of the comedy world, The LOL Word is tearing up the rule book and reinventing the comedy club with jokes that won't make you hate the world.

There's no punching down, but plenty of punching the patriarchy.
