Britishness and Power

Part of WOW – Women of the World

What does it mean to be British today? Have identities shifted in the new Brexit Britain? What does ‘British values’ even mean in a modern age?

Join a line-up of speakers to explore these questions and more with WOW – Women of the World.

With reports of hate crimes increasing, and some people feeling more ostracised since the UK’s historical referendum, we examine exactly what it means to be British today, what impact this changing landscape has on our identities as British women, and ask who the keepers of British values are.

Speakers to be announced.
