Science, Explosions and Scribbling with Konnie Huq

Part of Imagine Children's Festival

Meet Cookie – funny, science-obsessed and ready to take on the world!

Author, broadcaster and former favourite Blue Peter presenter Konnie Huq introduces you to Cookie’s adventures in a sparkling new series for ages 7+.

With live draw-alongs, brain-busting quizzes and games galore, prepare for non-stop comedy fun.

As the longest serving female Blue Peter presenter, from 1997 to 2008, Konnie Huq is no stranger to children’s entertainment.

Huq is an ambassador for the Prince's Trust and the British Asian Trust.

This is her first foray into children's books and Cookie is inspired by Huq's own childhood, her love of science and her unashamed nerdiness.
