Family Folk Club: London Youth Folk Ensemble

Part of Easter

All jolly fellows come along for a free lunchtime performance of fantastic folk music.

The ensemble, made up of musicians aged 12 – 19, explores and arranges traditional folk repertoire from Britain and beyond.

Led by folk musician Emily Askew with Ruairi Glasheen, the ensemble meets regularly at Cecil Sharp House.

The musicians develop their performance style and presentation, learn about the history and culture of folk music, and perform at events around the UK.
