Young Adult Literature Weekender

28 Oct 2017 - 29 Oct 2017

Meet some of your favourite YA authors, and pick up some writing tips for yourself. Young Adult Literature Weekender is back and showcasing more writers, events and workshops than ever before.

This year, it takes over The Clore Ballroom in the heart of Southbank Centre, for the final weekend of London Literature Festival.

The weekend features the most exciting YA novelists, poets, bloggers, illustrators, and spoken word artists, from rising stars to legends.

From the young queer Greenlandic author becoming an international star, Niviaq Korneliussen, to the first book for young adults by Tracy Chevalier, spotlights on new voices, and returning favourites including Inua Ellams, Nikesh Shukla and Tanya Byrne.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet some of your favourite writers, and learn how to become a writer yourself with workshops, the YA Market and drop-in mentoring.
