Salma Ali

Salma Ali is a Sudanese British poet living in County Durham. Her work has appeared in Mizna: The Black SWANA Issue and PANK Magazine’s Azza fi Hawak folio. She was among three winners of the Tate Collective’s Open Call for writing responding to Lynette Yiadom-Boakye’s The Generosity

Ali is currently pursuing a PhD in Genetics at the University of Oxford.
