Southside Harmonics

Southside Harmonics was formed in 1979 from various schools in south London, with the majority of children coming from areas within the London Borough of Lambeth. Today, Southside Harmonics has established itself as one of Europe’s premier Steel Orchestras, noted for their work in the community and excellence in carnival arts with their exuberant and vibrant performances.

Southside Harmonics provides weekly music and arts sessions to young people in the community, allowing them access to performances, tours, concerts and competitions and a chance to build their skills and their confidence, whilst making a positive contribution to their community.
