Suba Sankaran

Suba Sankaran is an award-winning, thrice JUNO-nominated world/fusion artist. A choral director, composer and educator, she has created music for theatre, film and dance, including Deepa Mehta and the Stratford Festival. Her score for Mahabharata earned Dora and Toronto Theatre Critics awards. She co-founded City Choir and won the 2023 Johanna Metcalf and Kathleen McMorrow prizes.
